My Integrative Medicine Practice and Philosophy

I’m a clinician and educator specialising in women’s health. I focus on chronic, complex conditions - such as endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, chronic infections, and immune-related disorders - as well as optimising women’s health during key transitional stages, including puberty, pregnancy, post-partum, and perimenopause.

I practise integrative medicine, combining Chinese herbal medicine with latest research, functional testing and evidence-informed naturopathic approaches to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care.

My work sits at the intersection of tradition and modern science. Time-tested classical Chinese medicine forms the holistic foundation of my practice, while ongoing training and research in integrative medicine ensure that my treatments are optimised and aligned with the latest evidence. Working with women, I like to incorporate functional balance and health optimisation with a deeper exploration of identity, purpose, and self-awareness – helping women reconnect with their values, relationships, and sense of agency for true healing and thriving.

In addition to my clinical practice, I’m the founder of the Academy of Holistic Healing Arts, where I share my knowledge with fellow practitioners. My signature certification programme in Chinese herbal medicine has been completed by over 60 practitioners across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia, and is known for its elegant simplicity and its impact on clinical confidence and outcomes. Beyond the certification programme, I also offer short courses and lecture internationally at professional conferences and educational institutions on topics related to Chinese herbal medicine and integrative women’s health.

Across my work as a clinician, mentor, and educator, I bring a multidisciplinary and integrative perspective grounded in both practice and scholarship. My purpose is to support women and practitioners to develop a deeper understanding of the body, cultivate clinical and personal discernment, and work with health as a dynamic, evolving process. I view true health as a state of coherence between body, mind, and purpose – a foundation for resilience, vitality, and a fulfilling life.
